Browse through a multitude of items for you to choose from: A bountiful soup and salad bar with spring mix, romaine, spinach and lots of toppings, four varieties of in house prepared salads such as red skinned potato, bacon and broccoli and pasta salad with salami and Kalamata olives. Sample our two made daily soups including Hemingway’s Famous Clam Chowder. Enjoy our carving station with hand carved meats, sausages and grilled peppers, squash and Portobello mushrooms.
Try our Chef’s new summer entrees such as roasted red pepper chicken, peach mango salmon and summer squash and chicken primavera. Step up to our custom made omelet station and choose from over 16 toppings including balsamic marinated local vegetables, fresh spinach, feta cheese, mushrooms and more.
Watch while our expert staff prepares your hot, fresh omelet. Indulge in Hemingway’s Belgian waffle station with sweet treats such as apple butter, peanut butter fudge, candied pecans, sliced strawberries, chocolate chips and house made raspberry syrup and maple syrup.
Biscuits, house made gravy, bacon, sausage, and white cheddar and Boursin scrambled eggs with peppers and ham round out our breakfast selections. Hemingway’s also offers homemade macaroni and cheese and popcorn shrimp for the kids.
Spoil yourself with our impressive dessert bar that includes a chocolate fountain with warm Ghirardelli chocolate, fresh strawberries and pineapple for dipping, and many house made treats from our bakery like brownies, lemon bars, cranberry bliss bites, cheesecake, bread pudding, apple dumplings and more!
